The acquisition of Eurotec by the Schott Group of Companies, meant that this owner managed company became part of a group with more than 17,000 employees worldwide, operating within a division with sites in Germany, USA and Tokyo.

The unprecedented growth and change which followed led to a partnership with ourselves to recruit the following key individuals over a period of twelve months:
Operations Director
Required to introduce world class manufacturing practices
Finance Controller
A replacement post
Marketing Manager
Required to streamline and actively manage distributor partnerships in the UK and abroad
Production Manager
Required to manage a new line supplying products for the new BMW 5 Series

Required to further innovation with "machine vision" products and projects
